Payment Methods

1. Online payment by bank card

You can pay for your order directly on the website using a Visa or Mastercard bank card.

Payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay is also available.

2. Cash on delivery with a UAH 250 prepayment

Payment is made upon receipt of the order at a Nova Poshta branch or from a Nova Poshta courier.

Cash-on-delivery orders require a UAH 250 prepayment. This amount is included in the total order value and deducted from the amount payable upon receipt.

3. Bank transfer to the sole proprietor’s account

Payment can be made to the Seller’s business account using IBAN details.

Payment details are provided after the order is placed.

4. monobank Installment Payment

You can purchase products in installments using the monobank Installment Payment service.

Delivery Methods and Delivery Times

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine, except to territories where the relevant carriers temporarily do not provide delivery services.

1. Nova Poshta — branch delivery

  • Coverage: locations in Ukraine where Nova Poshta delivery is available.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: from UAH 90, according to the carrier’s rates.

2. Nova Poshta — parcel locker

  • Coverage: locations in Ukraine where Nova Poshta parcel locker delivery is available.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: from UAH 90, according to the carrier’s rates.

3. Nova Poshta courier delivery

  • Coverage: locations in Ukraine where Nova Poshta courier delivery is available.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: from UAH 90, according to the carrier’s rates.
  • Details: the order is delivered by courier to the address provided by the customer during checkout, including city, street, building number, and apartment or office number.

4. Ukrposhta — branch delivery

  • Coverage: locations in Ukraine where Ukrposhta delivery is available.
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: from UAH 70, according to the carrier’s rates.
  • Orders shipped via Ukrposhta are dispatched only after full prepayment.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking number, which can be used to track the parcel on the carrier’s website or in its mobile application.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured for the full value of the goods.

If a parcel is lost by the carrier, we will handle communication with the delivery service and, after the loss has been officially confirmed, either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund within 3 business days.
