We want every purchase from AMABAGS to bring you satisfaction. If an item is not suitable for you, you may return or exchange it within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection legislation.

Conditions for returning or exchanging items of proper quality:

  • The item has not been used and shows no signs of wear, stains, foreign odors, scratches, or other damage.

  • The item retains its original appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, completeness, tags, and labels.

  • No more than 14 days have passed since the item was received.

  • You have a document confirming the purchase from our store.

Return and exchange procedure:

  2. After receiving the item, we will inspect its condition and confirm whether it meets the return or exchange requirements.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date the seller receives the returned item.

  • Refunds are made to the customer’s bank account using the provided IBAN details.

Defective or incorrect items:

Once the defect or order discrepancy has been confirmed, the item may be exchanged or returned in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, AMABAGS will cover the shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges:

  • Shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item of proper quality are paid by the customer.

  • If an item is returned or exchanged due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, the shipping costs are paid by the store.
