According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the buyer has the right to:
1. Exchange a product of proper quality.
2. Return a product of proper quality.
3. Return or exchange a product of improper quality.
Products eligible for exchange:
1. The product must be in new condition, without signs of use, washing, or cosmetic traces.
2. The product must have a receipt.
3. The product must be in its original packaging with preserved tags and labels, and must not have been used.
4. No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
Procedure for returning or exchanging a product of proper quality:
1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid product.
2. Provide the declaration (tracking) number of the shipped parcel, IBAN details, EDRPOU/TIN, full name, and bank card number for the refund.
3. After receiving the product, we will refund your money or exchange the item within 7 (seven) business days.
Procedure for returning a product of improper quality:
1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid product.
2. Provide the declaration (tracking) number of the shipped parcel and the bank card number for the refund.
3. After receiving the product, we will refund your money or exchange the item within 7 (seven) business days.
All delivery services or transfer commissions are paid by the buyer.
The only exception is manufacturing defects!
Refunds are issued after the product is received.
Refunds are transferred to an IBAN bank account.
Refunds are processed within 7 (seven) business days from the moment the parcel is received at the Nova Poshta branch by the seller.
